Mr. N.S.A. Wanigaratna, the MD of the Design and Structural Consortium is a well-known Chartered Engineer who is in the industry for over twenty years, rendering his support to over 2500+ projects in the Civil and Structural Engineering Industry. While being a corporate member in Institution of Engineers Sri Lanka, and the Society of Structural Engineers of Sri Lanka, he is furthermore a Registered Structural Engineer for “High Rise Building Category” in Urban Development Authority of Sri Lanka.

Obtained the Degree of Master of Engineering in Structural Engineering Design (M.Eng-Struct) from Faculty of Engineering, University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka.
Obtained the Degree of Bachelor of Science of Engineering (B.Sc.Eng.) in Civil Engineering from Faculty of Engineering, University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka.
Obtained the Post Graduate Diploma (P.G.Dip.-CPMgt) in “Construction Project Management” from Faculty of Engineering, University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka.
Followed the certificate course on “Static, Dynamic Analysis and Structural Design of Highway Bridges” conducted by the University of Moratuwa, SriLanka.
